Old Police Station Precinct

There are two buildings on within the Police Station Precinct. The first is a 1908 building, which houses a collection of items from the early days in the Victoria River District.

The second is an elevated house constructed in 1935. The 1908 building is open to the public seasonally for a couple of hours a day.

Both buildings provide a rare glimpse into a way of life for early police in the Northern Territory.

The Precinct includes outbuildings, graves and police paddocks.
